二、项目简介
    该项目位于蓬莱风景秀丽的海滨，拟以欧式建筑和大草坪为基调，配以葱郁的观叶林木、四季花卉、喷泉、雕塑等园林小品，极具典雅清秀的欧洲园林风格。 中心可建造高尔夫球练习场、网球场、保龄球馆、游泳池、健身房、洗浴池中心、风味各异的餐厅、功能齐备的大小会议室。会议室可对外开放，承揽各种行业会 议。这里还可开辟人工湖，开展垂钓活动。另外，中心内有各种医疗检测设备，可提供体检、专业按摩、针灸、中医保健等各项服务。
三、项目建设的现有条件和可行性
    蓬莱是中国著名的海滨风景旅游城市，境内有驰名中外的蓬莱阁、蓬莱水城等国家重点保护文物，还有独具特色的海市蜃楼景观，年接待海内外游客200多万人次。这里冬无严寒，夏无酷暑，四季宜人，空气清新，是理想的避暑、疗养胜地。也是健身康复、休闲度假、放松心情的最佳去处。另外，高尔夫球场、娱乐城、海底世界等旅游配套项目的建设将吸引更多的中外游客。

Ⅱ. Brief introduction
The project will be located at the seaside of Penglai City with European architecture and broad grassland dotted with verdant ornamental trees and flowers, fountains and sculptures as if you were traveling in European estates. There can build in the middle part a golf course, tennis course, bowling room, swimming pool, fitness centre, shower centre, restaurants with different flavors and conference rooms of different sizes where all kinds of meetings can be held. A man-made lake can also be opened here where fishing games can be held. In addition there are also different medical testing equipments which provide with professional massotherapy, Chinese traditional medical health care and acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, etc.
Ⅲ. Present condition and feasibility
Penglai is a famous Chinese seaside tourist city with national protected historical relics such as Penglai Pavilion and Water Fortress as well as the unique mirage. Every year more than 2 million tourists visit here. The climate here is quite delightful. It is not very cold in winter and hot in summer and the temperature is relatively moderate with fresh air. It is an ideal health resort to relax and recover yourself. In addition many recreational facilities such as golf course, entertaining city, marine world will attract more tourists. The Chinese sponsor, the Administrative Committee of Penglai Tourist Area, has 657 employees among whom there are 210 technicians and administrative personnel. The total asset is 320 million RMB and the committee is mainly in charge of tourism and the relative industries.
