二、项目简介
拟在蓬莱市大辛店镇丘陵地带规划200公顷土地建设一个大型农畜牧场，饲养优良种牛、奶牛及其它畜牧品种，以肉类、奶制品开发、绒毛加工为主，包括繁育、饲养、饲料加工、屠宰一条龙生产项目，计划年出栏肉牛20000头。
三、项目建设的条件及可行性
大辛店镇为农业大镇，拥有丰富的秸秆资源，饲料资源丰富，可满足供给，该镇东距烟台火车站、港口50公里，南距青岛港、火车站180公里；北距蓬莱市区仅20公里。蓬莱境内拥有国家一类对外开放口岸--蓬莱新港和栾家口港，年吞吐量为1000万吨以上。海关、商检等机构设置齐备，通关便利。根据目前市场调查预测，国内的肉牛市场前景广阔，仅国内年需肉牛出栏量就达到40-50万头，而现在每年的肉牛出栏量仅能达到需求的20%左 右，再加之国际市场每年需求量在几千万头以上供需矛盾突出。另外，偶蹄类动物口蹄疫病近期在欧洲、日本等国家和地区蔓延，所需家畜大量依靠进口，目前的养 殖量远远达不到要求，因而农牧养殖市场前景是非常可观的。项目建成后，产品不仅在国内销售，而且还可销往日本、韩国、俄罗斯、海湾地区及港澳地区。预计年 可创销售收入4.5亿元（折合5422万美元），创利润5000万元（折合602万美元），按产品30%出口，可创汇1500万美元。

Ⅱ. Brief introduction
Plan to establish a large grazing land about 200 hectares in the hilly area in DaXindian Town Penglai City to raise superior stud bull, milk cow and other livestock. The project focuses on meat and milk products development and wool procession as well as breeding, raising, feed procession and butchering with 200,000 heads of beef cattle for sale annually.
Ⅲ. Present condition and feasibility
DaXindian Town is famous for its agricultural production with abundant straw and feed resources. It is 50 km from Yantai Railway station and Yantai Port, 180km from Qindao Railway Station and Qindao Port in the south, only 20 km from urban district of Penglai City in the north. There are two first-class open port in the city-Penglai New Port and LuanJiakou Port with annual handling capacity more than 10,000,000 ton. There are Customs and the Import and Export Commodity Inspection department in the city. According to the market investigation, the market potential is quite optimistic both inside and outside the country. For example the annual demand for beef cattle in our country is 400,000 -500,000 annually while the present output is only 20% of it, let along the international demand. In addition the spreading of foot-and-mouth disease in Europe and Japan has resulted in the large import of the livestock in those countries and the present raising capacity is far from the need. After operation, the products can not only be sold domestically, but also to the countries like Japan, Korea, Russia, the Gulf Area and the Hongkong and Taiwan area. The estimated sale income will reach 450,000,000 RMB(US$54,220,000) the profit shall be 50,000,000(US$6,020,000). If 30% for export, the foreign exchange shall be US$5,000,000.
